What size should I order?
Every set has 20 nails in graded sizes, so you pick one per finger rather than ordering a size. Match the width of each tip to the widest part of your own nail bed. Between two sizes, take the smaller one.
What if nothing in the set fits me?
Send us a photo of your hands on WhatsApp with a ruler next to them and we will size you ourselves. If a set genuinely does not fit, we will remake it once.
Do these work on very short nails?
Yes. Short nail beds are the easiest to fit because there is nothing to overhang. You need a few millimetres of free nail plate and that is all.
How long does a set last?
Two to three weeks with the glue in the box, if you buff and clean the nail first. Skipping the prep is what cuts it to a few days.
Can I shower, cook and type in them?
Yes, after the first hour. Very hot water for long periods softens any glue, so dry your hands properly afterwards.
One nail lifted. Do I need a new set?
No. Take that one off, clean both surfaces, one drop of glue, press for thirty seconds. That is the whole fix.
Will they damage my natural nails?
Not if you remove them properly. There is no drilling and no acetone at any stage. Damage comes from prying a nail off dry, so soak first.
Can I reuse a set?
Yes, that is the point of them. Remove gently, clean the underside, store in the case. Most sets go back on several times.
How long until my order ships?
Every set is made to order, so 2 to 4 working days to make, then dispatch. Bridal bouquets get priority making.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, everywhere. Shipping is free over ₹899, and ₹79 below that.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Message us the same day and we probably can, because nothing is made until the order is picked up. Once it is on the table we cannot change it.
Can I return a set?
Because every set is made to your order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Exchanges are covered for a damaged or wrong item.
What counts as a damaged or wrong item?
A broken nail in the box, a missing size, or a set that is not what you ordered. Send an unopened parcel video within 24 hours of delivery and we will sort it.
My parcel has not arrived. What now?
Message us with your order number. We track it from our side and, if it is genuinely lost, we remake and resend.
What comes in the box?
20 nails in graded sizes, nail glue, an alcohol prep pad, a mini file, a wooden stick and a printed size guide.
Are the sets vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. Nothing we use is tested on animals and none of the materials are animal derived.
Can I request a custom design?
Often, yes. Message us with what you have in mind and we will tell you whether we can make it and what it costs.
