At The Belle Coats, every nail set is carefully custom-made as per your order details. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been successfully placed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you receive an item that is:

• Defective
• Incorrect

Important: To qualify for an exchange, you must:

• Record and share a complete parcel opening video (from unwrapping to product inspection)
• Email us with the video and issue details within the given time frame
